ERYtech Pharma is currently developing a product with an encapsulated cytostatic molecule in the treatment of hepatic metastases of colorectal cancer.
In colorectal cancer, liver is the first site of tumor recurrence for more than 30% of patients. Spontaneous survival varies from 3.8 to 21 months according to the size of the tumour parenchyma, the presence of extra-hepatic metastases or lymph node metastases, the carcino-embryonal antigene (CEA) level and the age of the patient.
GR-DD1 is currently in proof of concept.
