LICENSING-OUT
- GRASPA® is a new L-asparaginase enzyme formulation providing a safer and broader use in clinics than existing forms. GRASPA product is in end of phase II clinical trial in leukaemia and is explored in several solid tumours (pancreatic cancer).
CO-DEVELOPMENT OPPORTUNITIES:
- GR DD201: a new glucocerebrosidase formulation for refractory, slowly or non responsive bone manifestations in Gaucher disease.
- GR DD101: a new bisphosphonate formulation with enhanced delivery into bone marrow compartment for bone metastases treatment
Based on its strong expertise and progress of its technological platform, ERYtech is also opened to discuss co-development projects of new therapeutics with companies interested in testing different approaches with their compounds such as for example:
- therapeutic enzymes in oncology or enzyme deficiency inherited disorders field
- new product candidates in liver or bone marrow disease treatment
- antigens/adjuvants in therapeutic vaccine approaches through Vaccin’ERY ystem
