ERYtech Pharma business model is to develop early proof of concept with attractive data to target potential pharma/biotech partners for co-development revenues.
The targeted pharma/biotech partners are in the field of oncology, hematology, immunology or metabolic diseases and mainly develop complex compounds and specialty products.
Thanks to the specific technology developed by ERYtech Pharma, a powerful platform has been validated:
- To develop new products with long circulating action with no release of the compounds
- To rapidly target specific cells involved in the erythrophagocytosis (Kupffer cells, dendritic cells, macrophages)
This platform enables ERYtech Pharma to encapsulate molecules between 500 Da and up to 300 kDa. It offers a large scope of new medicinal products, with new IP.
The realization, in house, of a new proof of concept is fast and very cost effective:
- 3 to 6 months, for in vitro POC in human or mice red cells
- 6 to 9 months, for in vivo POC in mice
